I uploaded a second version of the flyer now, there is an English
placeholder text, so if we can get a German and French translation
very soon I would be glad. This version has a lot of Ubuntu colours,
and suggestions and comments are still welcome. The final PDF must be
sent to print this Friday...
Other news:
Thanks to Andreas and his company (koalix) we will sell USB memory
sticks with "pre-installed" Ubuntu Desktop (live CD) at the OpenExpo!
We have also got 30 Ubuntu 6.10 and Edubuntu 6.10 CDs from Matthias,
in addition to the (K)Ubuntu 6.06 CDs we will get from ship-it.
Another project if someone wants to contribute:
It would be nice to have a little photocopy (no colour brochure) with
"instructions" for the CDs, in German and French. Like "I got this CD
at an exposition, what do I do now?", explaining it can be used "live"
and can be installed to the hard drive, optionally with dual-boot,
etc.
Best regards,
Tormod
