Microsoft and interoperability with Linux

Using derogatory names such as M$ serves to undermine the great strides
taken by Linux in the last few years.  It makes Linux users look childish.

As much as I don't care for Microsoft, I won't insult them by name calling.
Instead, I will try to promote Linux by demonstrating how good Linux is.
