Well that's woefully incomplete. The official places to get support for
Ubuntu are ALL of the following:
* Professional support through Canonical and their partners
* The Launchpad Answers system at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu
* The IRC channels listed on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IRC/ChannelList
* The mailing lists listed on
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/mailing-lists
* The forums site at http://ubuntuforums.org/forum.php
* The AskUbuntu site mentioned
* Any of the local resources listed on
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/local-language
