Boot up

Hello all,
                 I have a question, when I turn on the computer the Windows
OS manager comes up and by default will select windows. How can I boot up
with Ubuntu as default instead. I hardly ever use Windows, and if I dont
select Ubuntu immediatly I have to restart.
