Ubuntu Netbook Remix on Acer Aspire One Ugraded version.

Which version of the Acer Aspire One?

Basically, the karmic netbook remix is excellent on that machine. The best
way to proceed is to get the live CD onto a USB stick, boot the machine off
that and see how it works. If it is all looking good then you can install
from there.
More recently I acquired an 11.6" version. This is more problematic as it
has a "poulsbo" chip set.

The 11.6" is working ok, but I had to install some modules to get the video
driver working.
