Ubuntu/Linux support in Sudbury, Ontario?

   I'm in Ottawa,and my mother lives in Sudbury.  While I can do most 
support she needs remote, there are times when having someone there in 
Sudbury would be helpful.  Does anyone have any recommendations for 
Ubuntu/Linux friendly/aware support companies?  This could be a hardware 
retailer, which would also help when she wants to get accessories/etc.
