A few strange things with 8.10 Ubuntu.

Back in the day, the 64-bit packages were called AMD64 because Intel
also had a competing 64-bit architecture. In the end AMD's architecture
won, so now we just have i386 for 32-bit machines and x86_64 for 64-bit
machines.

File -> uncheck offline mode?
