Do you have that package installed?

libflashsupport - Support library for sound output of Flash 9 with 
pulseaudio


I think that's the one I installed to get my flash sound working when I 
upgraded to Hardy a few weeks ago.

Similarly, I needed this one to have vlc play nicely with pulse audio:
