Video Streaming

VLC looks like an option for video streaming. The little I have read on the
subject indicates that the solution depends on how large your audience is.
Flumotion also has articles on how to set up video streaming.

Gimp is the standard software for web graphics and is a standard part of all
modern Linux distributions.
