linux equivalent to corel draw?

I will take a look at these tomorrow. I am looking for a tool with vector graphics. Something easy for sketching. Corel draw is handing because I can combine vector graphics with pixel graphics. 

Scribus, also sounds interesting.

If you want to do desktop publishing, I recommend Scribus. It is well 
developed and used by a number of large companies.

If you want to do Vector Graphics, I recommend Inkscape.
