Hi :
The problem may be that you are trying to use the GUI, to process the
file. You need to make use of something called a Terminal, in which you
make use of something called the Shell, and a set of Commands called
BASH! With that you can tackle the way the file gets Executed!
Perhaps a Linux Book, or try Wiki Books, etc. From there you can learn
about this Shell Game, and soon after Answer Questions like these!
