Just to give an update on this, I have communicated with Michael and
there is going to shortly be an ubuntu.ca again, running off a server
in my house. It will serve up a static page for now. Please do not ask
for more. We need something, not bikeshedding about what else we could
offer. I am also running this off a cable modem, so bandwidth is
tight.
