for machines with less than 64MB of ram, it's worth looking at a distro
specifically designed for older machines; damnsmalllinux, puppy linux or
even a debian install with the lightweight desktop of your choosing
(fluxbox, blackbox, icewm, etc.) Ubuntu's great, but 64MB may be
unrealistic, and/or be unsatisfyingly slow.
