Hi: The response that I got on setting up an NVIDIA 6200 AGP card was I
should put in an ATI card! Well this is just as Buggy as doing the
NVIDIA CARD! I'm not real rich, so I can't just keep on buying Video
Card after video card because I'm running into problems being a Newbie!
In Keir Thomas Book Beginning Ubuntu he talks about Installing
Nvidia-glx and a program called nvidia-settings when you have done a
search for nvidia-glx in synaptic. I found nvidia-glx, but not the
nvidia-settings that he was talking about. nvidia-settings done on
another search in synaptic was related to NV. Does anyone know what
repository carries the nvidia-settings that are related to nvidia-glx?

If this does not go anywhere - Then from where do we find kernel sources
so we can try to use the NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9631-pkg1.run driver that
comes from the Nvidia Web Site in the Linux Driver area?

Alfred!
