Ubuntu Canada CD insert

OK, 2nd draft...

- lightened the Ubuntu logo background, and used the
Ubuntu.ca<http://Ubuntu.ca>w/ maple leaf instead of the stock
Ubuntulogo
- tweaked a bit of the text layout

I did notice after producing the PDF that the maple leaf looks rather purple
- it looked redder in Scribus... interesting. I'll change the colour
tomorrow.
