[Bug 1240815] [NEW] k3b doesn't want to clear DVDRW

Public bug reported:

k3b doesn't want to clear DVDRW, so it's impossible to write new image
to DVD.

(I must use brasero to clear DVDRW then k3b can write DVDRW)
