[Bug 1240507] [NEW] System loses /dev/cdrom drive after burning with k3b

Public bug reported:
After burning once, the DVD drive can no longer be used by the system.
Steps to reproduce:
- Burn something with k3b (tested with an image)
- When finished, put a CD or DVD in the drive
- You'll not be able to mount the drive, or burn another DVD.
