[Bug 391875] [NEW] brasero and k3b projects are different!

Public bug reported:

A project (data or audio or video), created with Brasero can not be open with k3b. 
The projects k3b and Brasero are both xml files, but they are different, you can not have a single format? 
Perhaps could be used too by InfraRecorder (software for windows http://infrarecorder.org/): the file .IRP are xml files.
