It might even be good to schedule "sub-events" for beginners (or
experts, too), such as days to get the development environment set up,
register on Launchpad, etc. This last bug weekend I wanted to get
involved and (foolishly) waited until the last minute to get VirtualBox
set up with Trusty. I spent all my time setting up my development
environment and wasn't able to participate in bug weekend.
