I respectfully disagree with AG Restringere's proposal. I believe it
over-complicates things and will create more work for BugSquad members.
Getting a bug to the Triaged state is a collaborative process
(requesting information, researching upstream, etc.). Also, if
development effort is going to be put into Launchpad, I think there are
more important/fundamental changes that can be made which I and C
de-Avillez/hggdh have expounded in previous postings (see: "What We
Learned From Bug Day").
