No. By clicking on the arrow to the left of the 'Affects', which is
linux now, you can change the package name to the correct package. You
can also add a new package name, if it affects more than one package.
The confirmed can be done automatically by Launchpad now, with
whatever criteria is preset. Most bugs go confirmed if there are more
than two comments, even though it is supposed to be two different
names.
