Working with Incomplete bugs

Just a friendly reminder that if you mark a bug as Incomplete there
really is no need to follow up on the bug unless the reporter replies.
I mention this because I've seen comments added like "We really want to
help you and are awaiting your reply" after already marking the bug
Incomplete.  This ends up resetting the bug expiration timer so that
it'll be another 60 days before the Launchpad Janitor expires the bug
report.
