    * I have read the Triage Guide, I have been using Linux for over 10
      years only as a user. Have also programed in many languages
      encluding C,C++ and perl. do not consider myself good enough to be
      a developer though. Have been working in a help desk role for over
      2 years now professionally. I think I would make a good addition
      to the team.
