New Launchpad Feature - Easier Duplicate Consolidation

I wanted to let you know about a new Launchpad feature that landed on
production with the last release.

It is now possible to mark a bug with duplicates as a duplicate of
another bug[1].  This should obsolete lp-set-dup in ubuntu-dev-tools.

If you have any issues with it please report a bug about malone.
