Network and wifi bugs

Hi everyone

I'm trying to triage a few bugs (from the EasyTasks list) using the
info at this wiki page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage

However I can't seem to find any info of what packages to assign bugs
that are about network connections or wifi.
One example could be:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/428276

I hope some of you can help me.
