I think this is a good idea, and it would be great to have more of them,
and earlier. It would be ideal if we could have Debugging Procedures in
place for new things that are getting rolled out in a release so that
we can more easily build up shared knowledge. Obviously with a new thing
there is no-one that can write the whole thing, so we need to work on
it together, but if it could be seeded with basic information (starting
and stopping, log files, how to get more debug information in logs)
it would be a great start.
