Getting a patch into Hardy

I'm not sure what you're asking for but you can click "Add a
comment/attachment" at the end of the bug report page, it will open up
a form with an attachment field to choose your patch and upload it,
and you have to check the "This attachment is a patch"

Then you assign the bug report to:
ubuntu-main-sponsors (for packages in main repository)
ubuntu-universe-sponsors  (for packages in universe repository)

This is weird by the way:

The milestone should be ubuntu-8.04.2 ..right?
