Turning into a 0.1 bug. It's nice for people who have bughelper
installed as a package and add local clues as they go along.

I'm not sure we need a new XML tag though.
~/bughelper/packages/totem.info should be 'just added' to the clues of
/usr/share/bughelper/packages/totem.info.

Any opinions on this?
