Hi Jonathan:

The bug is in the upstream package, but it is also in the Ubuntu
package, so we should report it upstream (not in the upstream package in
malone, but in the upstream bug tracker).

So we should report that bug upstream, and create a watch report in the
Ubuntu bug.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong :)
