I agree that some work should be done. I particularly do not like the
"If the bug is not described well" response. A casual user reporting a bug
does not want to read an essay on how to report bugs correctly. And even if
they do, they will still not include the relevant information since the link
is too general.

to be rejected. On one hand this is fairly reasonable considering the strict
policy of -updates but on the other hand, I don't see why _IF_ an update is to
be made, a typo in a man page can't be fixed. Of course, this does not apply
to non-blockers with non-trivial changes.
