Olá pessoal voltei com o mesmo dilema do umount /buzy, só que dessa vez sei
quem é o culpado é o daemontools. 

Estou fazendo o seguinte, estou startando o daemontools através do
/etc/event.d com o seguinte comando:

cat svscan:
# svscan - daemontools
#
# This service starts daemontools from the point the system is
# started until it is shut down again.

start on runlevel 2
start on runlevel 3
start on runlevel 4
start on runlevel 5
start on runlevel 6

stop on shutdown

exec /command/svscanboot

Até aqui tudo bem, starta o daemontools sem problema, o duro é na hora que
adiciono algum daemon dentro do /service/ já na hora do shutdown mostra a
mensagem:

Umount /buzy

Se alguém tiver alguma dica, será bem vinda !!
