This is a bluez bug, I can't believe it is still not fixed. All I had to
do is to revert back to an older bluez

sudo dpkg -i bluez_4.84-0ubuntu1_i386.deb

and bluetooth headset (jawbone) and browsing my nokia N9 via bluetooth
started working again.
