I still have the problem with Ubuntu 8.04.

But with OpenSuse, the bluetooth mouse&keyboard work out of the box. I
didn't have to do anything at all!
So the solution for me personally is: switch to OpenSuse. As long as it's
Linux, I really don't care which distribution it is.
