[Ubuntu-be] Ubuntu-be 16.04 release party date

Hi,
the language on this forum is English, in order to include everyone.
However, if you'd like to advertise locally in your own language, and/or
conduct the meeting itself in your own language, feel free to do so.
In short, whether you advertise locally if the meeting is to be in Ghent,
Gent or Hênt, it's all good! ;-)
