[Ubuntu-be] Dutch Ubuntu 12.04 Manual V0.1 Draft

Hey jurgen,

I'm working on the rest. I'll include a shortcut chapter and a settings
chapter.
I'll also put in a chapter to learn people how to work with the default
programs..

I'd like to have the first complete version ready by tomorrow.
By any means, if you spot typo's please do change them!

I'll send you the file tomorrow morning (I'm exhausted right now and it's
on the other computer)

Wouldn't a github be more interesting than an etherpad? Also, cant we
collaborate over internet in LibreOffice like you can with Office365?
