Hello,

As usual, we will have an Ubuntu booth at FOSDEM. And probably we will
get help from Ubuntu-fr again too, like last year.

I am working on organising the booth (a conference pack and extra CDs
have been ordered & approved), but I have some things I need to know:
     1. Who wants to help in the booth this year? And when? What
hardware/software can you bring to demo Ubuntu? (Anybody has an
        Ubuntu TV setup? ;) )
     2. What do we have in stock to sell? Do we still have enough
t-shirts etc.? Can we order more t-shirts still, if needed? Do
we want to buy chocolates again? Something else? (And who
wants to take care of that work?)
     3. Ubuntu dinner: I think the pizza restaurant we went to last year
was fine, does anybody want to take the job to contact them and
(later) make group reservations for Saturday evening (which I
think is probably the best day)? Of course we don't know how
many people will come, yet (I will make a wiki page and invite
people in the international community today or tomorrow). (Oh,
and if you want to volunteer and know other restaurants in
Brussels, feel free to make proposals for alternatives!)

PS: next Thursday, we can meet on IRC to discuss things further among
those interested, but don't wait until then to answer to this mail... :)
