[Ubuntu-be] Survey

some remarks :
the mixed usage of 'je' and 'u' is a bit weird (personally i'd go for 'je'
everywhere)
at the end you can enter your email, but i get this :
This is a placeholder for the subdomain *ubuntu.vandenneucker.be*
