[Ubuntu-be] Creation of the council: Step 1: Ubuntu-be Target (IMPORTANT!!!)

Hey guys,
i've added some comments to the ideas that were already present and added some of my own.Because 1 line doesn't say that much I think we should put in short what you believe it should look like.
For instance:"Rule the world" is fairly broad. How do you see this? You can do this peacefully, or we can plan to inject a detonator in the next Ubuntu CD (or DVD as it will be)
Please guys, write down your ideas, we need goals. It would be even nicer if we have goals that we can measure.

    Hi all, 

    after the last IRC meeting we decide to start the process to create
    the Ubuntu-be Council.

    The first step of the creation of this council is to decide what is
    the long term target for Ubuntu-be in general.

    So we invite everyone to put all proposition of target to reach
      within the next 4 years for Ubuntu-be.

    (Example: Get more Volunteer, found a way to get more money to
    invest in bigger event, get contact with government,...)

    Every 4 years new target will be vote.
