I contacted all the sellers, and I could only get some cents off for an
order of 25.
This seller [1] is prepared to give us free shipping (normally shipping
would be €86, note that most sellers make the shipping cost higher since
they don't have to pay ebay-costs over them, so we are really given some
discount). This is the cheapest offer I got so far, €10,33 / piece for 4GB
penguin usb-sticks.
Also this sticks doesn't have an Emtec logo.
