[Ubuntu-be] Brother HL-4040-CN series: printing double sided fails

Hi,

I've installed the Brother HL-4040-CN series printer using the Gnome/Ubuntu
UI interface (so not using the Cups webtool http://localhost:631 or the
cups.conf file).

Printing goes fine! But when I ask to print: double sided (flip on long
edge), then the printer keeps still printing my pages as single sided.

Any idea's what the best way is to find the problem?
