Hi, If your system is fully operational then you can make your own livecd
with remastersys

I d'it this with my OS with extra packadges LAMP en programs
installed,installed the livecd  on to other computer and everything was
there and work't just fine.

Now i don't now if this system will take the restricted drivers to but i now
it takes everything from your root directory and if you want also from the
home directory in the livecd.

And it's very easy to handle.

Also take e look ad ultimate edition oz, that's mi favorite distro based on
ubuntu.
