Hey,

it's great to read that you actually used the support points map to 
contact volunteers!
Maybe it would be a good idea to keep track of volunteers who already 
declined, so we don't address them again in 6 months with the same 
question. I can imagine one just randomly picks the closest volunteers 
on the map, and having the same person needing to decline twice would 
probably feel unpleasant.

How is the new ubuntu map evolving?
I really think we need this tool! (just a pity I can't help on 
developing it)

Nice pictures too... I even noticed a member of our local HCC club in 
Mechelen :)
