[Ubuntu-be] Volunteers for Working group in charge Release Party 21/11

Hereby I'd like to apologize.
Due to a lack of time and energy, I wont be able to organize the RP.
That's also the reason why I couldn't attend the IRC meetings the past
few weeks.

I can say to potential organizer, it's worth it!
The feedback you get and the comments are hearth warming, and you meet
awesome people!

But I'll be back, sooner or later.
For now, my contribution level felt back to 'read the mailinglist once
in a while'.
