Doesn't have to be in Ghent; if people in another more or less central
(easily reachable by public transport) city want to organise something,
please feel free to raise your hands.

We can provide some support for those people (e.g. we can get free PCs
for demonstration purposes, as well as help with finding people to
volunteer, but we need _local_ people to do the _local_, _practical_
stuff ;) ).
