[Ubuntu-be] Volunteers for Working group in charge Release Party 21/11

Hi to all,

Despite several calls for volunteers for the organization of the release 
party planned on 21/11, it was not possible to constitute the necessary 
team.
For this reason, during the last IRC meeting (04/11), it was decided to 
cancel the event.
Please, relay this information where it is necessary.
