[Ubuntu-be] New poster "Free your PC" (Be versions in dutch and french)

Because unfortunately JPEG is still the main standard. PNG is growing, but
is still not perfectly accepted by some browsers (Opera is a screw up
sometimes).

Hallo,

First of all, nice work I really like the concept of your poster. But 
since you are promoting the liberty of ubuntu, why did you use a 
propertarian picture format like jpeg and not the free alternative png?
