Here the report of the last IRC meeting.

1. _Release Party Jaunty in Ghent on 09/05/2009_
_Program _as follows is adopted (timing is only indicative !) :
19 h. - ...  Arrival
Part 1 starting at +/- 19.10 h
- Welcome speech (10 min) (Mike)
- Speech LoCoTeam Ubuntu-be (general, promotion and project) (10 min) (Jan?)
- Speech Ubuntu in the enterprises world (15 min) nick_vh and Bruno)
- Eventually additional speech
Pauze – reorganisation of the room
Part 2 starting at +/- 20 h.
- Speech and demonstrations Ubuntu and program's (15min)
- workshops demonstration, installation, help on request (questions?),
in groups according level, ...
Part 3 starting at ?
- Social event « Meet and Greet », restauration, contacts, ...

_Registration_
Non mandatory but useful ! Procedure (with possibility to add questions
and comments) will be elaborated by Mike (Friday up & running).

_Hardware _
beamer (nick_vh ) + screen (JanC)
Power extension cords + power strips (availability of elec.  power to be
controlled)
Laptops : interested people brings own material
WiFi available (free)

_Promotion_
Mail possible to mailinglist of Curieuze Neuze (700 addresses)
Personalized mail to ubuntu-be members and support points (Ghent area)
In CVO Voskenlaan (informatics/linux course)
Contact with Zeus
Through an account at  http://www.cultuurdatabank.be , the event
(Release Party) can be added to the city list of events at 
http://www3.gent.be/evenementenkalender/index.aspx.

_Accommodation and transport_
Access plan from station and highway to the release Party has to be
prepared.

2. _Preparation booth at Dipro Computer Fair in Antwerpen on 24/05/2009_
We are still looking for 3 additional volunteers for the booth (from 10
to 14 h.).
Request for help has been posted in the Mailing List and  to the known
members (Antwerpen area).
Mail will follow addressed to the support points (Antwerpen area).

3. Topics Other Events, Review of promotion material and Update Cleaning
– Update Wiki and website
These topics are not discussed at the meeting, are maintained at the
agenda for the next meeting.
