I don't think you need provincial responsables. That's ten people you need
to motivate. I think four is enough:

WVL + OVL
Antwerp + Limburg
Brussels
Wallonia

Actually, in the past we've set up a "local responsible" per province
for event booths and similar activities, but only the W-Vl team (and to
some degree the O-Vl team for Ghent, which overlaps for 50% with the
W-Vl crew) is/was still active.  Maybe that gives some indication about
the viability of sub-national teams...


PS: I don't pride in having been the W-Vl team responsible, as it was
(probably) mostly good luck that I could keep the main contributors to
our booth crew, while additional people like Jean & Matthew volunteered
to help without me needing to beg them.
