[Ubuntu-be] Proposal for printing new posters and flyers for Ubuntu-be

Hi,

I understand the need for a new different poster, even if I never went to a
(Dipro) fair. As proposed, keep the volume low, we don't needs zillions of
the same poster. For me 250 seems to be the maximum.
