Don't forget that Canonical owns the "Ubuntu" trademark, and only grants
permission to incorporate a locoteam (using the word "ubuntu") if there
is a legal requirement to do so...

If any vzw is started, it might be more useful to start a generic vzw
that other distros & open source projects can "use" too.  (And maybe a
vzw that can do that already exists?)
